“My daughter, Katie, has done several of Naomi’s programs over the course of 5 years. She started with one of her scheduled Write Fit programs, with a friend, based on the high praise of others. My daughter is more reserved, and doesn’t tell me much (anything), but what I do know is that she came out smiling and giggling with her friend each and every week. The fact that she didn’t complain about going each week was a testament in and of itself. When we moved to a neighboring town, I thought it would be a great ice breaker if we organized The Write Fit with a few of her new friends. Naomi jumped on it and worked with us to customize days/times and location for our small group. Everyone loved the program and loved Naomi!! What’s not to love- Naomi relates to these girls in a way I had never thought of (or could never pull off). Being a young girl can be confusing and difficult, but Naomi opened them up to journaling and movement in a way that allowed them to be silly, have fun and learn a bit about themselves to boot! Another successful program in the books. So when naomi announced she was coaching, I was immediately intrigued and on board with what she was doing to empower girls to achieve their goals (goals perhaps never thought to have). The trouble was convincing my tween of the same. But she had a soft place for Naomi and was willing to try even though she didn’t think she needed to be “coached”. Again, Naomi hit the ball out of the park with her approachability, silliness, relatability, insight and well thought out programming. Although she didn’t say much, Katie left her sessions a little happier and a lot more talkative, and that was all I needed to be convinced that it was a good match. I even scheduled a yoga birthday for my 9yr old with Naomi! So for anyone out there thinking about working with her, I say don’t think, just do!! You will not be disappointed. I sure wish there had been a Naomi when I was growing up.”
